Pineapple Ham Cheese BallStir until soft and creamy or use cream setting mixer:1 pkg cream cheese, 8 oz.1 can crushed pineapple, 8 oz. reserve juiceAdd gradually to cheese the pineapple and enough pineapple juice to make mixturespreadable. Then add 1 cup ground ham. Chill until cold enough to form into aball. Roll in 1 cup chopped pecans. Refrigerate until ready to use. For aspicier cheese ball, a dash of ground ginger or horseradish may be added. Servewith favorite crackers.

Ooooo, this sounds delicious! I love the combination. Mother would often make a pineapple sauce when she baked a ham so I'm sure this will be delicious! I think it would be good on celery too. Thanks for another award winning recipe!
