Spread into the pie crust, then sprinkle with pecans. In another small bowl, whisk remaining eggs, then gradually add caramel topping and beat until well blended. Pour over pecans. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. I agree with Ms. Redawna, Yummy! At first I thought it was different mixing 3 eggs with the caramel topping, but wonder what that would be, like a custard do you think?
