Talking with many people after Thanksgiving, we all noticed our turkeys were very tough. We all cooked them the same as usual, some in bags, roasters, whatever. My turkey was so tough I had to yank at it to get the breast meat off. It usually falls apart. My friends noticed the same thing. We wonder if the producers are adding new chemicals to the turkey feed or injecting them with something. Mine didn't even taste that good. Anyone else notice that or know about changes in the way turkeys are raised? It's ham and seafood for Christmas, no turkey!
