Golden Corral Seafood Salad


1 cup celery, diced 1/4 inch
1 cup white onions, diced 1/4 inch
1/2 cup green pepper, diced 1/4 inch
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 lbs Seafood Surimi (imitation crabmeat)


Dice celery, green pepper, and onions.
Squeeze thawed Seafood Surimi to remove excess water.
Break up Seafood Surimi (imitation crabmeat).
Add the celery, onions, and bell peppers. Stir thoroughly.
Add the mayonnaise and ranch dressing and mix thoroughly until salad is completely mixed, and refrigerate.
