Yep, there are definitely a ton of recipes out there for burgers. Can't wait to look around a bit or actually as Carol has mentioned, getting out some of our old cookbook & to try recipes.

Sue the knee has finally settled own. Very difficult time this time around. Surgery not as smooth as last time. Had a bit of a set back as the left knee required a second surgery. Its finally moving along and I am able to down size the amount of meds I take.

Oh I'm so glad! Sorry it gave you fits though, those darn knees can be so tricky. So did you end up with surgery on both of them? (I'm not good with remembering lefts & rights, lol). Downsizing the meds is a good thing too. Hard to keep things moving on pain meds, they slow EVERYTHING down
