It's my Mom's 89th birthday today!
We are having a small gathering to celebrate!

My youngest daughter Lauren also has a birthday today. We usually get together with her and her five siblings plus friends to celebrate her special day. This year it was different. After two months of training Lauren is now a flight attendant for US Airways and she is spending her birthday in Philadelphia. How cool is that. She is very excited to watch the fireworks in the city where it all began. It is so funny, she was born and raised in Charlotte NC and I grew up in Philly. Who would of thought that some day she would spend her special day in the city that I grew up in. I missed celebrating her birthday with her, but I am excited about the wonderful job opportunity that she received. Happy 4th to all Gail
