    We got invited to my DD's friends house for a chili fest....So I was wondering

       What do YOU do to make your chili special??

    Ours has three kinds of beans (cannellini, kidney, and black), tri-color bell peppers, hamburger, and hot sausage. We also have a bottle of beer in the mix. We serve "Buck's Chili" with Scoops, raw, diced red onion, cheese, and sour cream.  Guests take what they want.  Some use extra hot sauce, too.  We use Sriracha instead of Tabasco now.

    We make a variety of chilis, we like to mix it up and always a new recipe every Super-Bowl.

     

    For chili parties we serve chopped onion, jalapenos, black olives, tomatoes, sour, cream, cilantro and cheese in a lazy susan. Works great!
