    Help!!!!! During a move I lost this cookbook and I desperately need the recipe for the Pecan Pie. Also looking for the bread pudding recipe. Thanks so much!

    Does this sound like the right recipe? I have quite a few recipes from that book, but not that recipe. I found this on the internet...but don't know if it the one you are seeking?

    Title: Kentucky Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie
    Yield: 1 Serving

    Ingredients

    1 c sugar
    1 c light corn syrup
    1/2 c butter
    4 lg eggs; lightly beaten
    1/4 c bourbon
    1 ts vanilla extract
    1/4 ts salt
    1 c semisweet chocolate chips
    1 c pecan pieces
    1 unbaked pastry shell

    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325F. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan
    and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts and
    sugar dissolves. Cool slightly. Beat eggs, bourbon, vanilla, and salt in
    a large bowl; gradually add sugar mixture, beating well with a wire
    whisk. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans; pour into pastry shell. Bake
    for 50 to 55 minutes, or until set. Serve warm or chilled. Source:
