    Anyone know how to get the ricotta cream cheese filling to set for this cake?

    When I made the cake I had no trouble with the filling. I mixed the filling while the cake was baking and kept it in the fridge until the cake cooled completely. After spreading and rerolling, the cake needed to be refrigerated several hours or overnight before slicing.
