I'm eating one right now (I stopped by Great Harvest on my way home from work), and it has rhubarb and blueberries in it; I don't see any cranberries. If I manage to track down a recipe, I'll let you know.
I am looking for the recipe too! I see it has been a year since you posted last. My husband and I love these fruit bars from Great Harvest Bread Company. Have you had any luck in finding the recipe or something close to it? If so would you mind sharing it with me? These bars are so good, I just ate a whole one today and they are soooo addicting. My email address is: amanderson66@aol.com.
Thank you and I appreciate your help!

Great Harvest protects/hides their recipes like a mama hen, (it's the only thing they've got and the only way to justify OUTRAGEOUS prices) but I did find a vague ingredient list on one local bakery's site
Savannah Bar: Brown sugar, Fresh Ground 100% Whole Wheat, berries, butter, rolled oats, eggs, coconut, water, salt, baking powder, baking soda
Also saw that each bar is... 500 CALORIES!!! Holy yikes!
I just made this recipe found right here and it tastes very much like a Sav bar for HALF the cals. Taste of Home for the win!
