Here is a good chicken recipe. I made it years ago, lost the recipe and just found it tonight. Enjoy! It is from Good Housekeeping about 15 years ago.Louisiana Chicken1/4 c. oil2 x 2lb fryers, cut up1/2 c. flour4 celery stalks, sliced thin3 green peppers, cut into strips2 medium onions, diced2 chicken bouillon cubes3 c. water2 t. salt1/2 t. Tabasco sauceIn a large skillet, brown chicken in oil. Remove to a 5 qt casserole. Into drippings, stir flour. Cook and stir until dark brown (best to use a heavy pan). Add the vegetables and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Preheat oven to 350º. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake for 45 minutes.

Thanks Tamara for the recipe. It sounds very goos. It looks like you don't cover the casserole, while the chicken is in the oven?
