I bought some pork ribs at the store last week (about a lb. or so), then cut the "strip" into thirds, put in the crock pot, put bbq sauce on them, then cooked on Low for 5-6 hours. They turned out so tender! The meat literally fell off the bones. You can use whatever sauce you like. I just used a bottle from the store. This was so much easier than lighting up the outside grill. Any bbq meat can be done this way. Some people like to brown their meat on the stove top, but I don't mind at all if it isn't browned first.
