"Mango, Banana & Cantaloupe Smoothie" This is one of our favorite smoothies. It is a great low fat snack loaded with lots of nutition...

Prepare all your fruit ahead of time by washing, peeling and cutting into 1/2" chunks. Then put into individual zip lock bags & freeze.

    3/4 Cup Pinapple Juice (chilled)
    1 cup Mango
    1 cup Banana
    1 cup Cantaloupe
    1 cup Ice Chips

Before creating your smoothie, take frozen fruit out of freezer and let stand at room temperature for 18 - 20 minutes.

Put juice, then all the fruit, last top with ice, all into a good blender. Blend until all the fruit is smooth. You may have to stop & stir a couple of times during this blending process. Makes 2 servings... This is one of the smoothies we have after our daughter gets home from school for our afternoon snack... We love them and they're good for us. What more can you ask for... If you haven't had a smoothie before give this a try. It's the consistancy of a milk shake... YUM!
