    Thoughts for the Holidays

    I cannot give eveyone a gift for the holidays, can;t even send you a card as don't know most addresses, so I would like to share this over the next couple weeks for those who have had a loss. It helped our family to deal with the loss of a loved one at the holidays and hope it does you too.
    I will put some on everyday and please out of respect no smart remarks on this thread please.

    RE: Thoughts for the Holidays

    In the rising of the sun and
    in its going down
    We remember them;

    In the blowing of the wind and
    in the shill of winter,
    We remember them;

    In the opening of the buds and
    in the warmth of summer,
    We remember them;

    In the rustling of leaves and
    the beauty of autumn,
    We remember them;

    In the beginning of the year and when
    it ends,
    We remember them;

    So long as we live, they too shall live,
    For they are now a part of us as
    We remember them.

    Thoughts for the Holidays
    Sometimes when one person is missing, the whole world seems depopulated.

    This small booklet contains stories of people who are dealing with grief and dealing with the holidays, are there people here on KC who would like me to share these stories? We found them helpful and hope anyone who is dealing with a loss might find them helpful too. They are each short stories but very insightful.
