Bread Machine Recipes for Special Diets

While looking for a specific cookbook this morning, I came across a bread machine cookbook that was geared towards recipes for special diets. Because the book is over 200 pages and in most cases, has two recipes per page, I can't possibly put them all on here. Here are the categories that are listed though and if you would like any of the recipes in specific categories - I will certainly post them.

    Wheat-Free, Milk-Free, Lactose-Free, Egg-Free, Gluten-Free, Yeast-Free, Sugar-Free, Low Fat, High Fiber, Low Fiber, Low Sodium, Diabetic, Low Calorie, Heart-Healthy.

    Hey Miss Paulette.

I'd love any that are high in fiber.
Can't get enough fiber in your diet...

Paulette...you are just too sweet. How about ones that have absolutely no calories? Just as I thought...they don't exist. Can't blame a girl for trying.

Well here Miss Fratz is what they say about their Low Calorie stuff -

"Bread, by nature, is a low fat, low calorie food. What makes eating bread "fattening" is putting butter or bologna on it! When you make your own fresh bread, you may find that it has so much flavor that you do not need to put butter on it to make it enjoyable. All of the breads in the book are sugar-free, which may help with weight control more than counting calories." Paulette

Diabetic Recipes - hmmmm. Since I know nothing about diabetes, this will probably make sense to you, even though it doesn't to me. Here is what it says: "The serving sizes for the recipes in this book have been geared to the diabetic exchange system. The nutritional analysis for a desne, whole grain bread may say that a large loaf of bread contains 22 servings. Each serving will contain about 80 calories and 15 grams of carbohydrates and be one starch/bread exchange. However, when you make the bread in a bread machine, you may get a 6" tall loaf, which is difficult to cut into 22 slices. A diabetic can cut the loaf into 11 horizontal slices and count each half as one starch/bread exchange." It sounds as if any recipe will work, you would just need to do some figuring which you're most likely familiar with already. The book is called: "Easy Breadmaking for Special Diets"

Is there any for diary free and egg free together.  My daughter is allergic to milk, eggs and nuts.
