    Hi all. I usually post on KC, but thought I would pose this question here also if you don't mind.

    Do you have a favorite low fat and/or low cholesterol recipe to share with me?? I need to lower my cholesterol and I'd like some different recipes, mostly your tried and true recipes.

    Also, do you have a favorite low fat recipe website that you visit??

    I'll suggest some cookbooks. You can always adjust almost any recipe to fit your particular health needs. It doesn't always take a new recipe, rather a new approach to the old.

    Oldroyswife, yes that was me. Mary is doing very well. She had surgery to remove the tumor and it seems as tho they got it all. Thanks so much for asking.

    Graingirl, thanks. I will look for her cookbooks. I'm new at this low fat stuff (I know, shame on me LOL) and I am trying to adapt my recipes. It seems easier to me right now to just look for ones that are low fat until I get the hang of this. There is so much information to read that sometimes, it gets confusing.
