    Caramel Brownies

    List of Ingredients
    -1 BOX GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX
    -¾ CUP SOFT MARGARINE
    -1 JAR CARAMEL TOPPING
    -1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
    -1 PKG SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS (12 OZ)
    -1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK (MINUS 1/3 CUP)

    Recipe
    -MIX TOGETHER CAKE MIX, MARGARINE, NUTS, AND MILK.
    -PUT ½ BATTER INTO CAKE PAN AND BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES.
    -REMOVE PAN AND SPRINKLE CHOCOLATE CHIPS OVER BATTER. SPREAD (MELTED) CARAMEL AND THEN TOP WITH THE REST OF CAKE BATTER.
    -CONTINUE BAKING FOR 20 MINUTES.
    -LET SET UP FOR AT LEAST 2-3 HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
    -GREAT WITH ICE-CREAM OR WHIPPED CREAM

    Caramel Cashew Squares

    List of Ingredients
    Crust:
    -1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    -1/4 cup butter
    -1 cup flour
    -1/4 tsp salt

    Topping:
    -1/2 cup butterscotch flavored chips
    -1/4 cup light corn syrup
    -2 T butter
    -1 cup chopped salted cashews


    -Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    -Place brown sugar in medium bowl.
    -Cut in 1/4 cup butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    -Add flour and salt.
    -Mix well.
    -Press mixture onto bottom of ungreased 8" square baking pan.
    -Bake for 11 minutes or until set.

    -Meanwhile, melt butterscotch chips, corn syrup, and 2 T butter in a 2 quart saucepan over low heat.
    -Stir occasionally until smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes.
    -Do not boil.
    -Remove from heat.
    -Stir in cashews.
    -Pour cashew mixture over hot, partially crust.
    -Continue baking for 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and set.
    -Cool completely.
    -Cover and store in the refrigerator.
    -Cut into bars.

    **Yield: 25 bars

    Caramel Chip Bars

    List of Ingredients
    -1/2 cup butter
    -32 caramels
    -1 can (14oz) sweetened milk
    -1 yellow cake mix
    -1/2 cup oil
    -2 eggs
    -2 cups milk chocolate chips
    -1 cup vanilla chips
    -1 heath bar crushed

    Instructions
    -In a sauce pan, melt butter, caramels and milk.
    -Stir till caramels are melted and smooth.
    -Remove from heat and cool till ready to use
    -In a bowl combine cake mix, oil and eggs.
    -Mix well and stir in chips and the candy bar
    -Press 3/4 of the cake mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
    -Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
    -Remove and cool for 10 minutes
    -Pour caramel mixture over top of pre cooked cake mixture.
    -Drop remaining dough by spoonfuls onto the caramel mixture.
    -Bake for 25 minutes or till edges are golden.
    **DO NOT OVERBAKE

    -Cool for 10 minutes, then run a knife along the edges of pan.
    -Cool another 40 minutes, then cover and refigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve

    **Final Comments

    These bars are best served cold.

    ChocolateChip Cheesecake Bars

    List of Ingredients
    -1 (8oz )pkg cream cheese softened
    -1/2 cup sugar
    -1 egg
    -1/2 cup coconut ( optional)
    -1( 18 oz) pkg refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

    Instructions
    -Preheat oven to 350
    -In a small bowl mix cream cheese, sugar, and egg till smooth.
    -Add coconut if desired
    -Remove 1/2 of the cookie dough from wrapper and press into an ungreased 8" pan.
    -Spread cream cheese mixture on top.
    -Crumble and drop remaining dough on top of cream cheese layer.
    -Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes

    ****DO NOT OVER BAKE THESE

    -Chill before serving

    Final Comments
    -I do not know anyone who does not love these.
    -You'll need to double it for a 9x13 pan

    List of Ingredients
    -2 cups milk chocolate chips
    -1/2 cup margarine
    -2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    -1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese softened
    -1 can sweetened condensed milk
    -1 egg
    -1 tsp. vanilla extract

    Instructions
    -In a sauce pan melt chocolate chips and margarine.Stir until melted.
    -Add in graham cracker crumbs.
    -Set aside 1/4 cup of crumbs for later.
    -Press remaining crumbs into an ungreased 9x13 pan.
    -In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth.
    -Add milk, egg and vanilla and blend through.
    -Pour over the crust.
    -Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top evenly.
    -Bake @ 325 for 25 minutes.
    -Cool and refrigerate.

    Chocolate Chip Brickle Bars

    List of Ingredients
    -1/2 cup margarine or butter
    -1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    -14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
    -6 ounces almond brickle chips
    -6 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
    -1 cup chopped nuts

    Recipe
    -Melt margarine in 13-by-9-inch pan in a preheated 350-degree oven (325 degrees for glass pan).
    -Sprinkle crumbs over margarine; pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs.
    -Top with almond brickle chips, chocolate morsels and chopped nuts; press down firmly.
    -Bake until lightly browned, 20 to 25 minutes.
    -Let cool; chill if desired.
    -Cut into bars.
    -Store, covered, at room temperature.

    Creamy Pumpkin Bars

    List of Ingredients
    -1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    -1/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
    -1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
    -1/4 cup sugar
    -1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    -2 cups cold milk, divided
    -2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
    -1 can (15 oz.) solid-pack pumpkin
    -2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    -1 carton (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

    Recipe
    -Mix crumbs, walnuts, butter and sugar in a 13"x9"x2" baking dish.
    -Press firmly onto bottom of dish.
    -Refrigerate until ready to fill.
    -In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese on low speed until smooth.
    -Gradually beat in 1/2 cup milk.
    -Add remaining milk, pudding mixes, pumpkin and spice.
    -Beat on low speed about 2 minutes or until well blended.
    -Stir inhalf of the whipped topping.
    -Pour over crust.
    -Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
    -Serve with remaining whipped topping.

    Cream Cheese Delights

    List of Ingredients
    -2 pkg crescent rolls
    -2 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese softened
    -1 cup sugar
    -1 tsp. vanilla
    -1/2 cup brown sugar
    -1 tsp vanilla

    Instructions
    -Cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan with 1 pkg of the crescent rolls, pinching seams together.
    -Pat the dough to the edges.
    -Mix together the softened cream cheese and vanilla.
    -Spread on top of crescent rolls.
    -Top with the second package of rolls spread out and seams pinched together.
    -Sprinkle with the brown sugar and cinnamon.
    -Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes.
    -Cool slightly for 15 minutes.
    -Refrigerate and serve cold, cut into bars.

    Crème De Menthe Squares

    List of Ingredients
    -1 1/4 cup butter OR margarine - divided
    -1/2 cup cocoa powder
    -3 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar - divided
    -1 egg - beaten
    -1 tsp. vanilla
    -2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    -1/3 cup crème de menthe liqueur
    -1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Recipe
    -In a small saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter and stir in cocoa powder until well blended.
    -Remove from heat.
    -Stir in 1/2 cup powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla.
    -Stir in graham cracker crumbs.
    -Press into bottom of a 13" X 9" X 2" baking pan.
    -Set aside.
    -In a small saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter.
    -In a mixer bowl, beat together melted butter, crème de menthe, and remaining powdered sugar.
    -Spread mint mixture over crust in pan.
    -Refrigerate 1 hour.
    -In a small saucepan, melt remaining butter and chocolate chips, stirring constantly until smooth.
    -Spread mixture over mint mixture in pan.
    -Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
    -Cut into small squares.

    Eagle Brand M & M Bars

    List of Ingredients
    -1/4 cup butter or margarine
    -1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
    -1 (4-ounce) can Eagle Brand milk
    -1-1/3 cup flaked coconut
    -1 cup nuts
    -1 cup plain M&M's

    Recipe
    -Preheat the oven to 350-degrees.
    -Melt the margarine or butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan; sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the margarine.
    -Pour the milk evenly over the graham cracker crumbs.
    -Top with coconut, nuts and plain M&M's; press
    the ingredients gently with a fork.
    -Bake for 25 to 30 minutes;
    -Cool and serve.

    Easy Pumpkin Bars

    List of Ingredients
    Bars:
    -1 Butter Recipe Cake Mix (Duncan Hines)
    -1/3 c. sugar
    -3 large eggs
    -1/3 c. oil
    -1 16 oz. can of pumpkin
    -3 tsp pumpkin pie spice

    Frosting
    -1 can of vanilla frosting
    -3 oz pkg. of cream cheese



    Recipe
    Bars:
    -Combine sugar, oil, eggs, and pumpkin.
    -Beat one minute at high speed.
    -Add cake mix and spice.
    -Blend and beat 2 minutes.
    -Pour into a greased and floured 15 x 10 cookie sheet.
    -Bake 350 degrees 25 to 30 miniutes.

    Frosting
    -Mix canned frosting and cream cheese together.
    -Spread over cooled bars

    List of Ingredients
    -1 (18-oz) pkg refrigerated brownie dough
    -1/2 cup caramel ice cream sauce
    -1/2 cup each toffee bits, flaked sweet coconut, semisweet chocolate chips, mixed

    Recipe
    -Make brownies as directed in greased 8x8-in. pan.
    -Bake at 350, 30 minutes.
    -Top with caramel, then toffe bit/coconut/chip mix.
    -Bake 5 minutes.
    -Cool.

    German Chocolate Bars

    List of Ingredients
    -1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
    -3/4 cup melted margarine
    -1/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
    -1 (12oz) pkg Milk Chocolate Chips
    -1 (15oz) can Coconut-Pecan Frosting

    Instructions
    -Stir together the cake mix, evaporated milk, and margarine.
    -Press 1/2 of the dough mixture into the bottom of a greases 9x13 baking pan.
    -Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes.
    -Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
    -Drop frosting by tablespoonfuls over the chips.
    -Drop remaining cake dough on top of frosting and chips.
    -Bake another 20-25 minutes.
    -Cool and refrigerate 3-4 hours.
    -Cut and refigerate til serving

    Grasshopper Brownies

    List of Ingredients
    -1 box chewy fudge brownie mix
    -1 container prepared cream cheese frosting
    -Green food coloring
    -1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 ounce package)
    -1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
    -Andes mints

    Recipe
    -Prepare fudge brownie mix as directed on package.
    -Let cool completely.
    -Cut brownies.
    -Mix about 5 drops of green food coloring into frosting; frost individual brownies.
    -Melt chocolate chips and butter together.
    -Drizzle over frosted brownies; put an Andes candy on top of each brownie.
    -Refrigerate until cool.
