    Here's 1 that I tried and it's pretty good.

    Crockpot Chicken Sroganoff

    4 points

1 pound boneless chicken breast, frozen
1 can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
16 ounce fat free sour cream
    1 package onion soup mix
Place frozen chicken breast on the bottom of crockpot. Mix other ingredients together and pour over the chicken. Cook on low setting for at least 7 hours. Stir sauce well before serving. If you serve this over rice or noodles, add appropriate points per serving size!

    Another one.

    WW Crockpot Salsa Swiss Steak

    6 points

    2 teaspoons oil
1 1/2 pounds boneless beef top round steak, trimmed of fat, cut into 5 pieces.
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion, halved lengthwise, sliced
1/2 medium green bell pepper, cut into bite size strips
1 (10 3/4) ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup thick and chunky salsa

Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat until hot. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Place steak in skillet, cook 4-6 minutes or until well bronwed, turning once. Transfer steak to a 4-6 quart slow cooker. Top with onion and bell pepper. In same skillet, combine soup and salsa, mix well. Pour over vegetables and steak. Cover; cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove steak pieces from slow cooker, place on serving platter. Stir sauce well and serve with steak. Serves 5.

    Cola Chicken
20 oz. Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts
    1 Cup Ketchup
1 (12 oz.) Can of Diet Cola

Put chicken in a non-stick skillet. Pour ketchup and diet cola over the chicken. Turn heat to medium high and cook chicken for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover, reduce heat to simmer and cook another 15-20 minutes. Remove lid, and cook until sauce thickens and sticks to chicken. Sauce will taste like BBQ and the chicken is very tender.

Note: You can also make shredded BBQ chicken sandwiches with this. Simply use 2 forks and pull the chicken apart about 15 minutes before it's finished cooking. I also like to add some black pepper and diced onions to my cola chicken right when I start to cook it.

    Crock Pot Diet Coke-chicken

    1 C Diet Coke
    1 C Catsup
    1 whole Onion -- sliced
1 1/2 lb boneless chicken breast

Wash & pat dry chicken. Salt & pepper to taste. Put chicken in Crock & onions on top.
Add cola, catsup & cook on LOW 6-8 hrs. When cooked place in refrigerator to cool & then
skim off fat. Reheat & eat.
    Note:
In crock pot the sauce does NOT thicken like stove top

It thickens up fine if you take the lid off your crock pot & turn it on high for the last hr or 2
    Or:
you can cook in crock pot but about 20 mins before you're ready to eat, pour the sauce intona saucepan and boil it down. Then combine it all again. Same effect.

    CHICKEN POT PIE
Preheat oven to 400. Spray a casserole dish or very large pie plate with cooking spray
    Mix together:
2 cups cooked, chopped white chicken meat
2 cans 98% fat-free Cream of Mushroom soup
At least 2 cups frozen mixed veggies, thawed (include some frozen white onions if possible)
    fresh ground black pepper
Put this mixture in the dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together:
    1 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick
    1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup egg substitute (or 3 egg whites)
Pour over the top of the chicken mixture.

Bake for about 30 minutes or until the crust is golden.
I figure the whole casserole at ~30 points, for 6 generous servings at 5 points each.

    Cherry Coke Jello

    Serves: 9
    Points: 1 per serving

    Ingredients:
1 Lg (or 2 Sm) Boxes of Sugar Free Cherry Jell-O
    1 1/3 c Boiling Water
1 can (20oz) Light Cherry Pie Filling
    1 can Diet Cherry Coke

    Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add Coke and mix well. Add Pie Filling, stir well, and place in refrigerator until Jell-O sets up.
If a 9X9 square pan is used, and Jell-O is cut into 3X3 squares you will have 9 servings at 1 point each.
    Special Notes
I've found that if you let the jello sit for a while to cool off a little after being dissolved in the water before adding the Diet Cherry Coke, there is less fizz than if you add it right after the Jell-O is dissolved. The taste is the same, but it looks a little prettier.
