    10 to 12 frozen burritos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can of milk
    shredded cheese
Spray a baking dish (I use a cake pan) with non-stick cooking spray and place burritos on bottom of dish. Pour soup and milk mixed, on top of burritos and top with shredded cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.

this sounds good but I bet it would be better w/ a can of cheddar cheese soup instead of the mushroom!

I'm thinking of using Campbell's spicy fiesta soup (whatever the real name of it is) for this one! Thanks!

I think I'm going to put this in the oven for dinner. Nothing really sounds good right now and I ran across this and I think maybe that will hit the spot. :0)

I'll let you know how it turns out.

    This sounds really good Willow....
I make a similar version of that quite often. Here is the recipe. When it's just dh and myself I cut it in half.:

    Kate's EZ Burrito Casserole
10 Frozen Bean and Beef Burritos, thawed; cut in half or quartered
    1 1/2 Cups Chunky Salsa
1 Can Campbells Fiesta Cheese Soup
    1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mexi-blend Cheese

    Garnish:
    Sour Cream
    Lettuce shredded
    Onions, Chopped
    Fresh Tomatoes, Chopped

    Recipe
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with Pam and place burritos on bottom of dish.
Mix soup chunky salsa together & pour on top of burritos.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
Remove from oven and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
    Garnish as desired.
    Makes 10 Servings

    Kate,

Thanks for posting that one. I looked at it too. My boys don't like tomatoes so I thought that I would just make that one sometime to take to church. I saved both of them when I found them.

I used the 1/2 can milk, Cheddar Cheese soup and put the 1/2'd burritos on that in the casserole dish then put some of the red enchilada sauce on top then topped it with shredded cheddar.

Hope the boys like them. I know I will, I'm not real picky. :0)

Willow, I'm so glad you posted this. I recently bought a BIG box of frozen burritos and we didn't care for them plain so I was wondering what to do with the rest of them.
Thank you for the recipe you posted and thanks to the other additions.
