    Hi,

I have a bag of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries in my freezer. I would like to find a good desert recipe. Maybe a berry parfait??

Yum! Defrost those berries, add to vanilla ice cream or yogurt, and some granola on top. Yummy!

This is easy, easy, easy! And sooooo delicious!

You’ll look and feel like a professional baker when this beautiful dessert comes out of the oven.

    ANY BERRY COOKIE COBBLER

2 bags (12 ounces each) frozen mixed berries, thawed
1 container (21-ounce) apple pie filling
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 roll (18-ounce) prepared sugar cookie dough, Pillsbury brand

Can serve with Vanilla ice cream

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix berries, apple pie filling, sugar, and cinnamon.
Transfer fruit mixture to an 9 X 13 baking dish.

Crumble cookie dough over fruit, covering thickly and completely.

Bake uncovered until cookie crust is golden and crisp, and juices bubble thickly, about 45 minutes.

HOw about a berry tart? You make the crust with 2 cups flour and 1 stick marg/butter and 2 tbsp confectioners sugar. Cut together and put in bottom of tart pan or pie plat. Bake at 425º for 12 min

Thenuse 3 cups berries (one type or combo) and 1 heaping tbsp cornstarch 1/3 to 1/2 cup water and 1/2-3/4 cup suagr and cook stirring until thick. Pour over crust. Serve with cool whip, ice cream or whip cream.
