Ingredients:
1(10-oz) bag of buttercotch chips
1/2 cup butter
2-oz graham cracker crumbs
8-oz cream cheese
1(14-oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup chopped pecans
Oven set to 325
Mix the butterscotch chips and butter and melt over med. heat. Remove from the heat and stir in the crushed graham cracker crumbs. Mix well.
Reserve 2/3 cup. Press the remainder into the bottom of a buttered 13x9" glass baking dish.
Beat the cream cheese till light and fluffy. Beat in the condensed milk, vanilla and egg. Fold in the nuts.
Pour into the prepared pan and top with the reerved crumbs. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Chill then cut into bars or squares.~Janie~
