I offered this a while ago, but we have so many newbies, I thought I'd give it a second round. If you haven't received your copy, please write or post here. Writing is actually easier for me, if it's ok.
I've got a file -- nicely organized of the Shockingly Easy thread with 693 posts. I've weeded out the bumps, and stuff that is hard to understand. I don't want to make promises, but I've tried to assure all the information is presented so it's easy to read and thorough. I also copied the recipes from other smaller Shockingly Easy threads.
I've got it in two formats. Word and PDF. The PDF file is printable, but not editable. The Word File is only 762K, and the PDF is 560K.
It's organized by food categories, and contains over 500 recipes.
