ISO Recipe from Gooseberry Patch's Celebrate The Seasons

I have the “Magic of Christmas” Gooseberry Patch book and found "Christmas Jam" but not Holiday or Hot Peach Jam. Here is the Christmas Jam recipe:

    Christmas Jam
Source: Magic of Christmas, Gooseberry Patch

    3 cups cranberries
    1 orange, peeled and seeded
10 ounces frozen, sliced strawberries, slightly thawed
    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    4 cups sugar
    1/2 cup water
    1 pouch liquid fruit pectin

Combine cranberries and orange quarters in a food processor; pulse until coarsely chopped. Add strawberries, cloves, and cinnamon; process until mixture is finely chopped. Stir together fruit mixture, sugar, and water in a large saucepan until well blended. Stirring constantly over low heat, cook for 2 minutes. Increase heat to high and bring mixture to a rolling boil; stir in liquid pectin. Stirring constantly bring to a rolling boil again and boil for one minute. Remove from heat; skim off foam. Immediately, pour into 6 hot sterilized half-pint jars. Adjust caps and process for 10 minutes in a boiling water bath. Makes 6 half-pints.

    Prayers 2

    «´¨`·..¤*Marcia*¤..·´¨`»
    (¸.·'´(¸.·'´*¤*`'·.¸)`'·.¸)

Happiness keeps you sweet, Trials keep you strong, Sorrows keep you human, Failures keep you humble, Success keeps you glowing, but ONLY GOD keeps you going!
