Coffee Cake
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 teasp. baking powder
1/2 teasp. vanilla
1/2 teasp. salt
Mix well.
Mix together sugar mixture of 1/2 c. brown sugar, 2 teasp. flour, 1/2 teasp. cinnamon, 2 Tablsp. melted butter, 1/2 c. nuts, chopped. Use a 8" X 10" pan. Put half of dough on bottom. Add 1/2 of sugar mixture, then the rest of the dougha nd remaining sugar misture on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until done.
