    What you need:

    Paper Towels
    food Coloring
    Eggs(Hard Boil)
    Rubber Gloves(To protect hands)

    What you do:
    1. Wet paper towels, then squeeze out as much water as you can.
    2. Wrap the whole towel around the egg, crumpling it a little
    3. Drip drops of food coloring here and there.
    4. Let the whole thing dry, then remove towels.
    These turn out so beauty

    Dyed Deviled Eggs (Marbled)

    Posted by: gr_elo

Put eggs on to boil in stainless pan.
After boiling 3 minutes, dumpout hot water and add cold water.
This will cool the eggs enough to behandled.

    Take each egg and tap the outside shell all over with the back of a spoon;
this will crack the shell like webbing.
Put eggs back into water and add food coloring of your choice.

Finish boiling to make hard boiled eggs and let soak in the colored water for while until cool.

The cracked shells will loosen the them so the eggs will be easy to peel.

Also, enough colored water penetrated through the cracks so the eggs
will look marlbled for a different and fun look.

    Re: Easter eggs

We made the tye dyed eggs with the (cheesecloth) tonight...The grandkids had a ball....It worked best if they just touched the egg lightly with the food dye...

and wear disposable gloves,,,and an old t-shirt if possible...

They had a great time,,,laughing etc.... I gave them each a plastic plate to work with their eggs...and I put all the little dye bottles in a little bowl for them all to use...I would have the kids (younger ones) wear a old t-shirt.....

They loved doing it, they were so pretty....lots of laughter...Would do it again....no 2 eggs were alike...
