    4 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 teasp. baking powder
    3/4 c. cocoa
    3/4 c. oil
    nuts
    Beat egg until thick and creamy. Add sugar and sour cream. Beat well. Add remaining ingredients and bake in a 10 X 15 X 1 inch pan at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.

    These sound easy and good. I need to make something for the kids for school and I want to try these. This way I have it on hand and don't have to buy a mix.  It adds up when you have to cook for more than one class. 

    Has anyone made these? Are they good?
