    Ham Glaze

I use this for Easter Ham - it's the best.

    1 cup orange juice
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    2 tsp powdered mustard
    1/4 tst ground cloves
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp ginger

    Above for 5lb ham

Mix first 6 ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer until brown sugar dissolves. Pierce ham all over with fork. Cover with marinade. Let stand 4 hours or overnight, basting occasionally.
    Bake 325-degrees 1 1/2 hr.

** I double the glaze and reserve. Once the ham is sliced, I layer the slices in a 9 x 13 pan, and pour the re-heated, reserved glaze over slices and serve.

Thanks, I made a copy of this, I tend to make a ham about every 2 months and needed something a little different once in a while.
