    13luvs2cook's appetizer dip#1

Heres a good filling appetizer that is dressed to impress :
    Peppercorn Ranch Veggie dip
    In a food processor,Combine:
    2/3 cup of buttermilk
    1cup lo-fat Cottage cheese
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tsp assorted ground peppercorns
    1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil leaves
and 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Process until a creamy dip is formed, occasionally scraping down the sides with a spatula, season to taste with sea salt, cuver and chill for about 2-4 hours

    ~Enjoy,~13luvs2cook

I think its best on veggieslike pepper, or zucchini and cucumbers, but you can try it on crackers as well, I guess!
