I posted this on the dessert site but thought it might be useful here too.
When I started my website, www.piechef.com about two years ago, I didn't realize how closely pie baking was linked with Thanksgiving. But the statistics on visitors to the site showed a HUGE spike in visits in the days leading up to Thanksgiving (followed by a drop as everyone got into baking Christmas cookies!)
