ONE??? my favorites are maddy's pizza crust (wow!), cheeseburger soup...don't know who originally posted that, Avidcook's ribs...and the following...it would have been hard for me to pick one, but I see the other three have been posted previously. I also liked the hint from years ago, about cooking ground beef in water, and the bacon in the oven!
Heavenly Rolls Miata
1 cup milk
1/2 cup softened butter
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups bread flour
2 eggs
2 1/2 teaspoon rapid rise yeast
Place the above ingredients in your bread machine in order recommended by the instruction book and use the dough cycle.
Remove the dough from the machine and knead gently on lightly floured surface. Divide and shape into 24 smooth round balls. Place the rolls about 3/4 inch apart on a greased cookie sheet. Cover with a cloth and allow double in a warm place. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 18 minutes. I brush them with butter when I take them out of the oven to keep the tops soft. You can also substitute 1 cup of wheat flour for one cup of the bread flour for wheat rolls.
If I'm going to freeze them, I shape them put them on the cookie sheet and freeze and then place them in a ziplock bag
