Asian Pork Roast
3-4 lb pork roast-I used pork shoulder
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c orange marmalade
1 Tbs catsup
1 clove crushed garlic--I use more
Mix the soy, marmalade, catsup and garlic. Brush over the roast.
Place roast in crockpot and pour remaining sauce on top. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
