Salsa Spuds
1/4 lb. Velveeta process cheese spread, cubed
1/4 cup salsa
4 hot baked potatoes, split
Mix Velveeta cubes and salsa. Stir over low heat until Velveeta cubes are melted. Pour over potatoes. Top with more salsa, and sour cream if desired. Microwave: Microwave Velveeta cubes and salsa in 1 quart bowl on high for 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring every minute. Continue as above. Serves 4
