Easy and a little different than the usual sidedish.
Pesto Coleslaw
1/3 c. refrigerated pesto
2 t. sugar
1 t. Dijon-style mustard
1 1/2 t. vinegar
1/4 t. ground black pepper
4 c. preshredded coleslaw mix OR
3 c. shredded cabbage and 1 c.
shredded carrots
Mix pesto, sugar, mustard, vinegar and pepper in large bowl. Add coleslaw mix; toss.
