"Bravo" Potatoes

    "Bravo" Potatoes

    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 lbs. russet potatoes,peeled and cut into 1/2 in. cubes
    1 can diced tomatoes,drained
    4-5 cloves garlic,sliced
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    10 dashes Cholula hot sauce
    Drizzle of lemon juice
    chopped cilantro
    coarse sea salt
    In a large non-stick skillet,heat oil over med. high heat.Fry cubed potatoes in a single layer till browned(about 10 min.)Turn once or twice.Pulse tomatoes,garlic,and seasonings in food processor(don't puree)Add tomato mixture to potatoes and stir to coat.Reduce to med.and cook 5-8 min.;stir often to prevent scorching.Transfer to platter.Drizzle with lemon juice,chopped cilantro and sea salt.Depo!!!

    Oh Depo....how could you get any better? My three favorite food groups! Hot sauce/flakes, cilantro
    and potatoes. Wonderful!

    Thank you Ms. LC,the best part of this recipe(besides great taste) is that it can be served with any meal,breakfast,lunch or dinner.Depo!!!
