    slow cooker breakfast recipes

My staff at school is having a Christmas breakfast on dec. 19th.  I live 40 min. from school and I am wondering if anyone has a recipe that I could make overnight in my slow cooker to transport to school so it won't cool down too much by the time I get there.  We only have one 40 year old stove(!!!!) and more than one or two of us can't use it at the same time.

    Thanks

I don't have any to share, but I did a search on Google. I typed in "crockpot breakfast recipes" and there are tons. You may want to take a look and choose what looks best to you! It made me hungry! Happy Cooking!

If you go to the Recipes BB, you should get some ideas, you can also do a search on recipes community and find some. Up above where it says search type in what you are looking for, then click on the word community right below the search box.Big Smile

This is NOT and overnight recipe, but is so quick. You can throw it all in and in about two hours it is hot and ready. I microwave my taters and ham real quick to get them warmed up before putting in the crockpot. I must make these at all breakfast gatherings at work. Everyone looks for it and the crock is empty when I bring it back. They empty it out before hitting anything else.

    the ham makes it

    Hashbrown crockpot taters

1 32 oz bag of frozen hashbrowns

    1 stick of melted butter

    1 8 oz. sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

    1 small onion chopped

cubed ham (not in the recipe, but I added it myself)

1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese

Just mix it all together. You can put in in the oven at 350 for about 30

minutes, but I like to do the crock pot instead. I put it on low for about 2

hours or high for about an hour.

    very easy

Thank you so much!  I didn't type in crockpot because I thought the new "buzz" word was slow cooker!  I guess it pays to use what we know!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
