    Bubble Pizza

Has anyone ever made Bubble Pizza, but used a Bundt pan (like when making monkey bread) instead of a baking dish?

    Bubble Pizza

    Ingredients:
    • 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
    • 1 can (15 ounces) pizza sauce
    • 2 tubes (12 ounces each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    • 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

    Directions:

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in pizza sauce. Cut each biscuit into quarters; place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Top with the beef mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Yield: 6-8 servings.

I've never made this before either but it sure sounds easy and good!  Usually by the time the holidays are over, we're tired of ham, turkey, etc. and we just want something different to eat.  Thanks for sharing, Ducky.

No I have not used a bundt pan but my kids like to use a muffin pan. Put a biscuit in each hole, spread up sides, top with whatever toppings you want and bake about 15 mins. The kids like these because everyone can have their favorite toppings and they make cute little pizzas.

Hmmmmm, a Bundt pan version sounds interesting. You'd have to do the meat and cheese in layers as you added the biscuits so that it wouldn't all be just on the top, and I wonder if the meat would fall off the pieces as you pulled them off.... Can't hurt to give it a try, I guess. Let us know how it turns out, if you make it that way.

Not personally I just use a regular baking dish. If you do I would suggest turning the temp down a little. because it is going to be thicker if you keep it at 400 I bet the top will get overdone. You may also want to cover it with tinfoil.

Sounds good!   I like the muffin pan idea, too.
