    ISO: Ceaser Salad Dressing Recipe

I am looking for a good ceaser salad dressing recipe - does anyone have one? I tried the search; but, since I haven't had much time to familarize myself with the new BB, I didn't have much luck finding one. Can anyone help me?

    Thanks In Adavance....

This just goes to show you when you post a recipe, you never know when someone will do a search and find it...could be a couple years later! I made the following recipe exactly as is...I didn't tweak it. (unusual for me) and it is soooo good!

Our entire family loves caesar salad, but not all caesar dressings. This one is wonderful, loved by my entire family, and does not contain any raw egg!!!! We make it ALL the time.

2 cloves fresh garlic, minced (I sometimes use the garlic in the refrigerated jar)

    1 1/2 cups hellmanns mayo

    1/4 cup parmesen cheese

    2 T lemon juice

    2 t worchestershire sauce

    1 t dijon mustard

Mix together, let stand in refrigerator to blend flavors for at least an hour.

I thought I had more, but this is the only one.  Big bonus on no raw eggs....and you don't miss it.

That creamy Ceaser dressing does sound good.

This is one I have used, and we liked it.

Yum! this sounds delicious.  I make ceasar salads a lot and rely on Marie's Cesar dressing.

Thanks for asking this question Jo Lynn.  Looks like you got a few keepers that I will be trying also.  I love Ceaser salad but have not found a good store bought one yet.

Thanks everyone for the recipes. I did try the first one posted the other evening - It was VERY good, but, not quite what we were looking for. I have copied the others and will try them in the next few days. I will let you know what the outcome is. Thanks again...
