Here are 2 dips that I like to make. We love them both!!
Pineapple Chip Dip
16 oz Crushed and drained Pineapple
1 small pkg Vanilla Instant Pudding
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
Chopped Pecans (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve with Ruffles Plain potato chips, red grapes or Hawiian bread. (or whatever else you like)
Spinach/Artichoke Dip
1 6oz jar drained & coarsly chopped artichoke hearts
10 oz creamed spinach frozen
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Mix together & bake @ 375 for 25 minutes. Serve with Tortilla chips.
