Peanut Butter Crunch Cups
1-1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
4 cups Golden Grahams sereal, crushed
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoons shortening
1/2 package (11-1/2 ounce size) Milk
Chocolate Chips (1 cup)
Mix peanut butter and margarine in large bowl. Stir in cereal. Mix in powdered sugar, one-third at a time. Press about 2 tablespoons cereal mixture in each of 24 to 30 small foil or paper cups.
Heat shortening and chocolate chips in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
Spread chocolate over mixture in cups. Refrigerate about 1-hour or until chilled. Refrigerate any remaining cups.
Yields: about 24 to 30 cups
