What kind of chips do you have?  I have a really good dip recipe but I normally serve it with Ritz crackers.....

    Beef Dip..

    1 cup Miricle Whip

    1 cup Sour Cream

a big package of corned beef

Mix the first two together in a bowl,  chop up the beef and add it to the bowl. Chil and serve.

BF, this is the best dip ever. . .old standard. . .good with sturdy chips but the BEST with fresh vegetables! Makes a ton, but easy to cut in half.

    Dill  Dip

    2 cups sour cream
    2 cups of Hellmann’s mayonnaise
    2 T minced onion
    2 T dry parsley
    2 t dill weed
    2 t Lawry's Seasoned Salt

    Mix all ingredients. Chill overnight.

    Re: ISO~*~ LOOKING FOR A YUMMIE DIP~*~

I see you've already gotten some really good recipes. I love the corn dip.

This is one of the easiest dips to make, so much so, that I keep the ingredients on hand as it can be made in all of 5 minutes. And, everyone wants the recipe.

It's for a Shrimp Dip. With a mixer, beat 8 oz. softened cream cheese and start adding picante sauce until you get the right dipping consistency. I use Pace's Medium Picante Sauce. Then fold in a can of drained shrimp. That's it. So easy and sooo good. Great with chips.

You've got a bunch of good ones to choose from.      MarineMom

You won't believe how easy this one is - and it's so good.  Just use equal amounts of ketchup and Miracle Whip.  It's for potato chips and it's addicting.

A good friend of mine also has a great potato chip dip recipe:  Mix an 8-oz. block of softened cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of ketchup and 2 tablespoons of catalina salad dressing.  Thin with milk if necessary.

    Re: ISO~*~ LOOKING FOR A YUMMIE DIP~*~

Here's one I've made for our Christmas Eve buffet.  Saw it on Rachel Ray's show.

     Olive Spread

    1 cup pimiento stuffed olives

    1 cup Ricotta cheese

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

1 clove garlic, grated (I used 1 tsp. garlic powder)

Put all ingredients into food processor.  Pulse until well mixed then blend until smooth.

She served with celery sticks, toasted sliced baguettes and parmesan pita chips.

I'll have the celery sticks and whatever kind of chips the daughters bring.
