Orange chicken in the crock? Anyone tried it?

I got it out of the food magazine sent here. forget the name, now.

Anyway, I put it all in the crock a bit ago. I hate trying new things, they usually flop for me, but, I went for it.

I have a acat on my lap, so, can't get up to get the recipe, but, you put the chicken in the crock, toss with flour.

Then, mix up orange marmalade, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and not sure what else, that might be it.

Mix it up with the chicken, and cook for 6-8 hours in the crock.

sorry for the mistakes, Tosha had her head on my hands. very hard to type with a cat '/s head on your hands. *sigh*

Hi Didee, I'm good! Yup, I have free hands and feet, now. and have the recipe here.

8 small boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb.)

    3 Tbsp. flour

    1/3 cup orange marmalade

1/3 cup Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce

    2 Tbsp. soy sauce

    1 Tbsp. grated fresh gingerroot

Toss chicken with flour in slow cooker.

Stir in all remaining ingredients: cover with lid.

Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, (or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.)

    Makes 4 servings.

Serving suggestion: Serve with hot cooked rice and steamed green beans.

I used ground ginger. I didn't want to buy the fresh, most of it would have been wasted.
