Well, we welcomed in the New Year lat night with this wonderful new dip. Oh my goodness, it was good!
It combined all the flavors of jalapeno poppers with none of the prep!

"This is an easy cream cheese spread to make, and it tastes just like the jalapeno poppers you wish you could make yourself! The hardest part of this recipe is not eating it all by yourself!"
INGREDIENTS:

2 (8 ounce) packages cream
cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green |
chilies, drained
2 ounces canned diced
jalapeno peppers, drained
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese |
DIRECTIONS:

Stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in green chiles and jalapeno peppers. Pour mixture into a microwave safe serving dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. |

Microwave on High until hot, about 3 minutes. |
Now...guess where I found this 
....anyway, I didn't add a full cup of mayo...but did probably add close to 3/4 cup.
I bought a bottle of diced jalapenos...perfect for this...just scooped out several TBS.
We had Frito scoops, but people were grabbing anything they could find for a dipper.
I did do this in the microwave- and stirred the parmesan in when it was all hot.
