I used to have a recipe for a yeast bread with swirls of cinnamon and nuts in it, and I lost it several years ago. I know that it called for all-purpose flour, yeast, and of course cinnamon and nuts. I was able to make it without a bread machine and you would prepare it like a jelly roll, rolling the dough out, then spreading the cinnamon mixture on top, then rolling it up. I have done all kinds of research to find a suitable recipe on the internet, but all the ones I come up with you need to have a bread machine, it uses bread flour, none of them call for any sort of nut or some call for raisins in the dough, etc. etc. etc.
If anyone thinks that they would be able to help me out on this one, I would much appreciate it as it was/is a favorite of my husbands, especially heated up with cinnamon butter on it. Thanks so much in advance for any help.
