Sure, CNN just announced it as "breaking news". He talked to one of the co-defendants and had been ordered by the judge to have no contact.

I saw something on my home page about that a few days ago. Didn't read it. I don't have much use for that guy, too much drama for me. LOL
He belongs in jail for many many years. Well, the rest of his life. I feel sorry for the babies he has with Nicole.
