I had this several years ago then tweaked it a bit, and now I take it or make it for almost all parties. Super easy too.
Artichoke-Parmesan Foccacia Bread
2 flat loaves foccacia bread
1 tub of shredded parmesan
4 cloves fresh garlic-not jar( either crushedor minced)
6 basil leaves diced
1 can artichoke hearts, drained cut up a bit
mayo - enoughto make it all stick together like a dip
Mix all ingredients, spread on foccacia bread, put on a cookie sheet bake 375 for 15 min or so until beggining to brown and bubbly. Then I just cut it into 2-inch pieces...and watch it disappear!
