    CAESAR CHICKEN for Toaster Oven

    Makes 4 servings
A bottle of Caesar salad dressing is the mystery ingredient here. It adds great flavor and makes the chicken moist and tender. These chicken breasts can also be chilled, sliced and served over - what else- Caesar salad. For variety, use a different prepared creamy salad dressing, such as buttermilk, ranch, creamy dill, etc.
1/2 cup (125 mL) prepared Caesar dressing
1/3 cup (75 mL) fresh breadcrumbs
1/4 cup (50 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6oz/175 g each)
Pour dressing into a shallow dish. In a separate shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
Dip chicken breasts in dressing, then roll in breadcrumb mixture to coat, pressing in crumbs. Arrange in a single layer on lightly greased oven pan.
Bake in preheated 375°F (190°C) toaster oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until juices run clear.
