Pour applesauce mixture over top and cover with foil.

    You are all very welcome...

Linda...I posted this on another recipe that I posted today... Most of the recipes that I am posting today, I found in my mom's recipe box. So, it's been a sad and happy day all in one:

I have today off of work because of the Federal Holiday, so I am digging thru my mom's old recipe boxes that my dad left to me when he passed away in Sept 2006. It has taken me awhile to be able to do this, but I sure am finding some "gems" and happy memories. I thought I might share a few of the recipes with you all.

This very well could be your moms recipe, as it was on a sheet of paper hand written and very faded in my mom's recipe box. I hope it is the right one!

I made these as well using pork tenderloin, and substituted brown sugar for the white. It was great. Thanks for a wonderful recipe. Linda
