Has anyone made this recipe? I must have missed it in TOH, but it sounds really similar to the PayDay candy bar. If so....YUM!!
Got this from TOH magazine, it is really delicious!
SALTED NUT SQUARES
3 c. salted peanuts without skins, divided
3 T. butter
2 c. peanut butter chips
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 c. minature marshmallows
Place half of the peanuts in an ungreased 13 x 9" glass pan; set
aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter chips over low heat. Add milk and marshmallows; cook and stir until melted. Pour over peanuts. Sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top. Cover and refrigerate. Cut into bars. Makes 5 - 6 dozen.
