    Just wanted to give you this site.  I love reading at her site & now she's come up w/a menu to use for the food you get from AFM.  Wanted to pass it on........

    I was checking out the recipes and think I'll copy some down. Even if you don't get the food from them there are good easy recipes.  I just love her site anyway!  Had to pass it on to you all.
