Convenience items such as store-bought angel food cake, frozen strawberries and instant pudding mix make preparing this refrigerated delight as simple as can be. "I whip up this refreshing dessert all year-round," notes Sherri Daniels from Clark, South Dakota. "It's particularly attractive when served in a glass dish."

This was terrific! However, other than the Angel food cake, I didn't use sugar-free or low-fat anything!
I don`t think the weight of gelatin or pudding are quite accurate in this recipe, however , I will try making it with what I have.
I use fresh strawberries in place of frozen and replaced the vanilla pudding with regular banana pudding...delicious.
I have a recipe for a similar dessert called STRAWBERRY HEAVEN. My girlfriends at work request it often.
I made this with orange jello & mandarin oranges & it was a huge success! Very light, nearly sugar free! Great for diabetics. I use sugar free cool whip! You can use your imagination & make nearly any flavor! Mixed berry with frozen triple berry blend would be equally as good!!
This is a very delicious dessert enjoyed by all Joanne
A friend in Sanford, NC, shared this recipe with me over 25 years ago, after she brought this dessert to a covered dish supper at Sanford Chapel. She called it Strawberry Jubilee. Everyone loves it.
